Sauber has made significant changes to its management structure as it prepares for its transformation into an Audi factory team in 2026. The Swiss squad has appointed former Ferrari Formula 1 strategist Ignacio Rueda as its new Sporting Director, while long-time Sauber head Beat Zehnder has been reassigned to a supervisory role.
